Mr. Stakz contacted us online via our Facebook page to consult on decorating his home. Once our questionnaire was completed and the deal was brokered we got right to work.
We started by adding a pool to the back of the house which in turn served as an extension to the patio as you will see in these photos.
Per our client's request we transformed the 2-car garage into a fully equipped home gym and laundry room.
The kitchen and what was slated to be the living room were transformed into an interactive kitchen with informal and formal dining and coffee bar.
The living room was moved to what was the dining room and a fireplace was built in along with floor to ceiling bookshelves. The entryway was also changed by moving the walls with the double doors that lead to the office/3rd bedroom to widen the entryway and create a cozy sitting area in front of the floor to ceiling window. This shift squared off the office to make it what the client needed.
The sitting area upstairs has been equipped for lots of entertaining. The second bedroom has been transformed into a relaxing oasis that leads into the Jack & Jill bathroom.
We now move on to the master suite with balcony. For our client we delivered a very adult space. Please be advised that some of the photos are graphic in nature.
