Most of us are very familiar with the ONSU Downtown skybox home. In this instance, reEMagined SpaceS made some structural changes so that the home can be used on land.
The Downtown was decorated to be a one-bedroom home with the potential for adding a pool and garage plus more based on the size of your parcel. It is available for a rezzing fee with some aesthetic changes. This particular version is a rental property that has been rented out already.
